  Our tour driver Roy was excellent, very informative and professional with a good sense of humour. Niagara on the lake was lovely and the falls lit up at night were beautiful.

  Our tour to Niagara Falls was great. Our driver and tour guide, Peter, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he stopped at several extra places to give us different experiences and photo opportunities. It was well organized, the van was comfortable, and we were very pleased. However, beware when booking a tour through Viator. We chose our tour based on the description in the Viator site, saying that the driver would pick us up at a hotel near ours at 9 am. When I booked the tour, there was a menu where you could choose your pick-up location. All was set, but the night before, we received an email from the tour company, VIP Tours, saying they would pick us up at a different location at 8:10 am! This would necessitate a cab fare both ways. We were understandably frustrated, and contacted VIP Tours, who said that they often have this trouble when people book through Viator. To their credit, VIP Tours went the extra mile, and picked us up at the original hotel we had arranged, and even dropped us off at our actual hotel. Thanks to VIP Tours, the day was great, but Viator caused us some grief.

  Our guide, Bernard was excellent. We really enjoyed. He explained everything very thoroughly. We will do this trip with him again.

  Can’t recommend more highly. A nice small group, with the fantastic Petar as our driver and tour guide. We firstly took in Niagara Falls, which are as magnificent as you would expect & the timing was such that there were no queues - always a bonus! Be prepared to get wet, it wouldn’t be as much fun if you don’t... Spot of lunch overlooking the falls, followed by a few other photo opportunities along the way to Niagara-On-The-Lake. This is a pretty little town, like something out of a movie. A few lovely shops to browse around and some delicious ice-cream. Then on to wine tasting at a local vineyard. Ice wine not to my taste, but still has to be done & you do get to try “normal” white & red too! Truly fabulous day - worth every penny. An amazing experience we wouldn’t have missed for the world.

  Having lived in Toronto many years ago I wanted a great tour of Niagara Falls to give my husband a wonderful experience. Our hotel... Fairmont Royal York recommended VIP tours. Well it was fantastic from start to finish. We were greeted by Kevin our tour guide and were very fortunate to get front seats on the coach👍 Lisa our driver made me feel very relaxed as I am quite a nervous passenger! She was very friendly to all the passengers. Tour was great... beautiful views of the “Falls” Fun on the boat ride ... you will get wet .. but that’s ok when it’s hot. We had a window seat for lunch at the Sheraton hotel... spectacular x Thank you very much VIP tours. Loved every thing about the tour and would highly recommend. Kevin was great fun and very knowledgeable.. never a dull moment 😍

  My husband and I wanted to see Niagara Falls while in Toronto, and at the suggestion of our hotel Concierge, booked with VIP Tours. They did not disappoint! Before I speak about the tour I want to say that Niagara Falls is well worth the short drive from Toronto and we didn't regret our visit for a moment. The falls were spectacular and the boat ride was a unique experience! Highly recommended! We chose to add the lunch with our tour and while the buffet was what you might expect from any other buffer, the view is the real selling point. We were up on a high floor of a hotel overlooking the falls. Breathtaking! We enjoyed shopping in Niagara-by-the-Lake as well as the visit to the winery. What really made the trip extra special was the staff. Our guide Kevin was knowledgeable, funny and went out of his way to take care of those on the tour. He noticed that I had started limping midway through the day (a previous knee injury... we're not as young as we think we are) and without prompting, asked if he could get me something cold to place on my knee when we returned to the bus which was greatly appreciated! He gave me a cold bottle of water that he wrapped-up for me to put on my knee. The woman across the aisle from me was travelling with children and the one had a nose bleed. She took her sons tissues after the nosebleed stopped and stuffed them into her backpack. Kevin the guide noticed and without being asked came by shortly afterward with a small plastic bag and asked if he could discard of the tissues for her. He genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everyone was well looked after. Elisa, the coach driver, was also friendly and manoeuvered that bus through traffic and downtown streets like it was nothing. My husband and I were both impressed! She always wished us welcome back when we got on the bus and was very friendly... not what we expected from a coach driver! The tour was great, the falls were spectacular and the staff were the cherry on top! We absolutely would recommend to anyone visiting the city and have a day to spare; the trip to Niagara is well worth it!

  It was our 1st time to Toronto, Ontario Canada and our group was extremely excited about seeing Niagara Falls. We consulted the concierge at the Fairmont Royal York and they recommended VIP tours because they had a tour that with a maximum of 14 people on each tour which was perfect because we have an issue with claustrophobia. We paid over 580.00 for 4 of us. IT WAS A RIP OFF! We were met with a 50+ bus for our tour instead of a small vehicle for 14 people. The guide was called St Bernard. He was asked about the bus versus the smaller vehicle and his answer, rudely, was "he needs to get this bus loaded now" with no other explanation. We got on the bus thinking we'd be taken to a stop where we'd split up but that never happened. False advertising. This tour is one of many I've taken and the tour guide was horrible! Regardless of the false advertising, he was the worst in giving historical information and entertaining the group. He was asked 3 other times about the mix up but instead of an answer that explained the issue, he was rude, loud, and again no answers. The concierge at the hotel communicated with the company about the issue several times but the company was not willing to give us a full refund for false advertising. The only amount they were willing to give was 17.00 each and said it was the difference in price of the small tour. This was an insult because wanted the tour we paid for. We later learned, once you've gotten on the bus they will tell you that services have been rendered. Bottom line, beware of this company. ANY HOTEL USING THIS COMPANY SHOULD CONTRACT ANOTHER TOUR COMPANY! This ruined our reason for coming to Canada. Thanks to VIP ONTARIO TOURS.

  Took the trip from Toronto to the falls, including the boat trip and lunch. Cannot praise Chrystal highly enough (and her trainee Kevin!). She was warm, engaging and very knowledgeable. The trip itself was very well organised in all respects and good value for money. The boat trip was great fun. The lunch had a really food choice (Chrystal ensures her group gets in before it’s too busy) and great view of the falls. So glad we took this tour, definitely the best, hassle free way to see the falls from Toronto.

  The main problem was the mobile website purchase since it was not clear about what was included or not. I tought I was buying a complete experience (as it said at their confirmation page) and arriving in Niagara the driver said I got a basic experience ( no boat, no dinner)
