I signed up for the trip and picked my hotel for pick up from a drop down menu. Then I booked my hotel based on it being listed for pickup so we did not have to pay for cost to travel. At 0724, the day before our tour, the day we were traveling an email was sent over advising the pick location has changed. Upon arrival to my hotel at 11pm we got settled and into bed and I checked my email. Much to my surprise I know needed to find transportation to a different location. I emailed out and no reply until the next morning. I found the ride was going to cost me $80.00 extra dollars round trip.

Booked the Toronto Tour- CN tower and Harbour Cruise with See Sight Tours through trip advisor. Highly recommend. No hassle, very well organized. Hamad was our guide, very knowledgeable and very nice. He even called us the morning of to say he was in route for the pick up. Will rebook using Trip advisor for sure, not disappointed.

I felt this is a great intro to Toronto tour. After taking it I experienced a few things I wanted to do (CN Tower, harbor cruise) and saw many other parts of the city. It also helped me decide where to go on my remaining time.

Superb way to get an overview of the big city of Toronto. Our host, Michael, a Local, certainly knew his way around town! Stops at CN Tower, short walk to the underground city, the Marketplace, and the Harbor cruise were all perfect. And, the amount of time given at each stop was just enough time. A bit of walking/stair climbing is involved but easy enough to maneuver. Highly recommend.
