Fantastic service to outback Spectacular bus was on time and drove us to the venue then was there to pick us up on our return
-
Excellent service provided , bus was always on time . Pleasant drivers & took stress out of our day knowing we could just jump on the bus at end of a busy day . 2 time options to be picked up at end of day was great if we didn’t wish to wait til theme parks closed. Highly recommend.

Booking was difficult, some phone operators great and some awful. Times have been all over the place for pick up, and wasn’t told it would be nearly 2 hours on the bus. Got constant reminder messages for a pick up location that was inaccessible by bus or foot. Next time we’ll just get a taxi/hire a car.

Poor service When you left us stranded at dreamworld because your driver left early(10mins).. apparently “LEWIS” does this often ! Not only that when I contacted your staff asking what to do next they said there’s nothing they could do not even directions to get out of the foreign place.. we confirmed and double checked with the driver before the morning departure.. it’s just not good enough !! Would love to be contacted about this

The bus cancelled the trip and said they would give me a credit. Then after the date I went to use the credit and they said there was no such credit and I needed to contact the tour company, I did and no one replied to me. So I paid $50 and never got a trip or a refund or voucher.

Arrived on time thankfully and was dropped at hotel door on return…very pleased with the service and the tour

Booked for a trip, only to find out bus was at capacity. VIATOR more than happy to take my money and still waiting on a refund.

I booked this service from my hotel to Australian Outback Spectacular. Bus arrived on time and took us back safely. Also booked it for hotel transfer from Coolangatta Airport. Both drivers were polite and knowledgeable

Travelled to dreamworld with my 4 year Pick up was on time both ways with friendly drivers. Will defiantly use again.

Pick up was smooth and easy, return wasn't as pleasant. Driver was late, this wasn't a issue. But we waited at the entrance of the park for the bus when it arrived it parked further down then the original drop off point at 3:20. We made our way down with 3 other families. When it started to take off in a matter of a few minutes. We chased the bus and was greeted by the driver with "your late, pick up is 3:15 and it's 3:22" we attempted to explain we had been at the entrance since 3:00 and as soon as we saw the bus arrive we made our way down. He was relunant to allow all 4families on the bus but after an argument with another person, he allowed us on the bus. This is either the first bus drivers mistake with not explaining where the return pick up zone is correctly, or the second bus drivers attitude.
