Very pleasant experience. Easy to get on and off. Driver was very knowledgeable about the area. Highly recommend.

Terrible experience - Seaport loop lane is inconsistent and there is no interaction map or schedule to know when to expect the trolley. It's every 45 min, but that's not truth - it doesn't worth to stay in stops 18-15 and wait for the orange seaport lane - you waist your time, but walk is 30min. Operator is not knowledgeable everything I called to ask if there is ETA known, to wait of walk- she/he saying on the way, another 5-10min, but actually no show - last and final call they say there is no bus on the line - what? Main orange line stops 1-14 is OK, every 30 min but busses come packed and you don't have seat - so you walk again on your foot, bless Boston is compact city and comfortable to do a self walking tour. Driver-guide (at list on my bus) was numbing to himself self stories, not even hearable at the back, no history lessons but... anyways - waist of money and time, you can walk all those landmarks with self guided professional audio guide in the same timeframe.

Had to wait about an hour to get on the bus to get started but after that it was fine. They should prepare ahead of time when they know a large number of people bought tickets.

Once you are on the trolley it’s good. If you can start your day at stop 1 that is better as they are empty in the beginning of the day there.

Captain Matty was awesome! The trolley tour was definitely worth the time. Very informative and interesting to learn some not so typical history too. It was also a huge help on the second day to use for transportation when our feet were worn out even though we had heard a lot of the stuff already. Made it easy to not have to use the tram and buses. So the 2 day pass is the way to go. Especially if you want to stop at all the places and look around a bit. The only suggestion I would make is to update your map so that the stops and the buildings actually matched where you were. We started at stop 11 and ended up walking in circles in the rain for over an hour trying to figure out where in Copley Square the stop was. Since it was one of the first buses nothing had come by yet. Even locals were confused by the map vs what is actually on google. Or just make your signs a little more transparent. They blend in to much to all the other white signs. We ended up walking to stop 12 because we never could find 11. Other than the one hiccup-we loved it! We still have the Cheers song in our head!

Wonderful tour, great historical info. Our driver was Crafty and he was both funny and educational.

Cleanliness of downtown Boston. People were very helpful. Weather was good too.😀Enjpyed hop-hop on trolley. The fact you were in walking distance & didn’t need a car.

We paid like $200 for nothing we ended up walking because the buses were full, after 4 drivers told us to wait for the next one, we decided walking around. DeFiNeTlY the worst! Everything is so close to each other than walking is fin and better than spending a lot of money that at the end you will not be served for. They sale more tickets than they can serve with quality.
