Liz at dispatch was extremely helpful, our son tripped and broke his ankle while we were in Boston and she helped us navigate the best way to do the tour and gave us multiple options even offering to let us cancel . I was glad we decided to go on the tour and we got to see the sites. Our Drivers Matty and North were amazing helping with the wheelchair on the trolly and helping us getting on and off. We were worried it would not be fun but we enjoyed our selves.

The trolleys were often too full to accept any passengers and they took 20 to 30 minutes for the next trolley to arrive. I would give this one star but, the drivers did the best they could in this bad situation. I would never take this again.

Easy way to get around Boston, learn about the history, here stories, and see sights. Was easy to use. I had 3 different guides at certain points and all were excellent.

I spent the entire day hopping off and on. Every driver was a hit. Towny and Lurch were just two I remember. They knew Boston and had great ideas of visits and eateries. It was a great day!

A very funny and entertaining tour guide. The tour covered most of the city. Plenty of options to exit and board the trolley.

We will do this tour again next time but will spend an entire day stopping at most of the stop offs. Because of the weather we weren’t able to do it this time. Our tour guide rolled past stops and points of interest so we could get pictures. He would also talk about a building but never point it out so you would not know which building it was or by the time you realized which building it was until it was too late as he speeds by. Definitely like the thought of the tour just didn’t like the guide.
