Day 1

Vondelpark: Sprawled across an area of 47 hectares, Vondelpark is one of the best parks of the city. It was established in the year 1865 and is named after the famous poet Joost van den Vondel. Along with a pond, a playground and picnicking facilities, this park also has an open-air theatre. You will find many HoReCa facilities in this park, which make for perfect places to have a quick snack.

Van Gogh Museum: Dedicated to an artist who needs no introduction, Van Gogh Museum displays the exclusive works of the famous impressionist artist, Van Gogh. Rembrandtplein: Named after the beloved painter Rembrandt van Rijn, Rembrandtplein is a major tourist attraction in Amsterdam. While the square is famous for housing some of the best restaurants, bakeries and cafes, it also plays host to markets, which are exciting to say the least!

Oude Kerk: The city’s oldest building, is Oude Kerk, the old church. Almost more than 800 years old, it has a unique wooden roof, which is worth a visit. The stained-glass windows, the organs, and the archaic design is mesmerising.
